On Sunday, July 24, six days before the start of the Championship season, the Seasiders host the Premier League team at Bloomfield Road.
The Toffees will visit the coast for a preseason friendly for the second time in three years after going there in 2020.
Blackpool and Carlo Ancelotti's team battled to a dramatic 3-3 draw in a game that had to be played behind closed doors due to the epidemic, after the Seasiders had jumped out to an early three-goal lead. Blackpool scored three goals—CJ Hamilton, Sullay Kaikai, and Grant Ward—but Everton drew even thanks to strikes from Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Everton will be aiming for a much better season in the top flight under the supervision of Chelsea great Lampard after narrowly surviving relegation last time out.
One of two high-profile friendly to be held at Bloomfield Road this summer, the game, which begins at 3 p.m., will also feature Europa League finalists Rangers on Saturday, July 16.
In order to better prepare for their upcoming match against Leeds United on July 7, York City's team will go to Southport this coming weekend.

The Elland Road and Bloomfield Road fields are reportedly both under construction, which is why the match is being played in York.
On Tuesday, July 19, there will also be a trip to Salford City.
The matches will serve as helpful practise for the start of the Championship season, which begins on Saturday, July 30 at home against Reading.
As a result of Qatar hosting the winter World Cup this year, the calendar is a week sooner than usual.
From November 12 to December 10, the Championship will be off to watch the World Cup group stages and the first round of knockout matches.
